Our Approach
At ConnectEd Circles, relationships come first. We know that children grow best when the adults around them feel supported, too. That’s why our work weaves together care, knowledge, and reflection—for children, families, educators, and communities.
For Families
We offer Circle of Security™ Parenting groups and one-on-one guidance that build on family strengths. These spaces give parents and caregivers a chance to pause, reflect, and find new ways of connecting in the everyday routines of life.
💭 Think about a simple moment—maybe a bedtime hug, a walk to school, or a shared laugh. How do these everyday moments help your child feel safe and connected?
For Educators and Programs
We provide professional development, reflective coaching, and workshops that draw from the Bank Street developmental-interaction approach, Emotionally Responsive Practices, and brain science. Our team also brings expertise in autism-supportive strategies—including the Play Project, DIR model, and TEACCH. These trainings give teachers practical tools while also affirming their wisdom and care.
💭 Recall a time a child or student surprised you with their strength or creativity. How did that moment shape the way you see your role as an educator?
For Communities
We believe data and research should serve people. That’s why we include specialists in data development and science communication, helping programs understand their impact and share their stories in meaningful ways.
Our Team
Our team includes educators, social workers, bilingual coaches, and clinicians. Each person brings their own expertise—whether in early childhood practice, reflective supervision, or science communication—but all share the same commitment: creating communities where every child and adult feels safe, valued, and supported.
Across everything we do, one belief stays constant: small, everyday moments of connection matter. When children, families, and educators feel seen and included, growth and resilience follow.
💭 What helps you feel supported so you can bring your whole self to the children and families in your care?
